Frida Kahlo by Woman Experiences is a Live Art tour that immerses you in the life and work of this iconic artist. Through sensory installations, projections, music, and scents, you will experience the strength that inspired her work and reflect on her impact on art, culture, and gender equality. It is a transformative journey that deeply connects with Frida Kahlo’s legacy and soul.

Woman Experiences presents a never-before-seen side of the iconic artist through a Live Art tour exploring her life, emotions, and legacy. In collaboration with UN Women, you will reflect on her impact on gender equality. Frida, a symbol of resilience in the face of challenges, inspires women seeking strength on their own paths. This transformative experience honors her story and strengthens the commitment to equality and justice.
Where is the experience located?
Tulum Mágico, Centro Comercial y Artesanal, main entrance of Zona Arqueológica de Tulum.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The experience is entirely indoors with air conditioning, but some complementary activities take place outdoors.
How long does the experience last?
For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 60 min at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Unfortunately, no food or drinks are available at the venue. Bringing food or beverages inside is not allowed.
Is there parking available?
Yes, parking is available for this experience.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.

ABOUT TICKETS
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website or Frida woman experiences.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 24 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?). You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket.

Are there any discounts or special rates?
Yes, we offer discounts for seniors, local residents, groups, and people with reduced mobility. If you have a disability or accessibility needs, check our current promotions in the pricing section of our website or contact our customer service team for more information.
ABOUT ACCESS TO THE EVENT
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but your ticket will be valid the entire day. We have sessions beginning every 10 minutes.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?

What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Items that may disrupt the experience for other attendees are not allowed.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Unfortunately, this experience could not be adapted for the visually and/or hearing impaired. We are doing our best to make all of our experiences inclusive and recommend that you take a look at other experiences in your city.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find some seats for you to have a break.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted as well as photos taken for any commercial purposes.

Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome to this experience and the space is accessible for prams/strollers.
